Tuna in Sauce

Ingredients

* 2 cans tuna, in oil
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 medium green pepper, chopped
* 3 cloves of garlic, mashed
* 1 small can tomato sauce
* 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Procedure

1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes.
2. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Serve over white rice.

Serves 4.
